False Awakenings are equally annoying as they are positive, after a single experience it can leave you frustrated with a great big smile on your face.
When you have no idea about the power of the mind and the potential of the Lucid World, it can be quiet daunting at first, the initial reaction of "I just woke up in a dream!" is a powerful message and can often leave an individual bewildered and questioning the dream world. Which is a good thing, we need more people to be in tune with the dream world. Sharing experiences such as this is a great way to communicate as the individuals perspective varies in a huge way!
